Belinda Bouazza

Belinda joined Barbayannis Lawyers in early 2025. Belinda completed a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts at Monash University, and she was admitted into practice in 2023.

Belinda has previous experience as a Legal Associate to a Judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1). During her time as an Associate, Belinda had first-hand experience with complex parenting and property matters, and developed a detailed understanding of court processes and procedures. 

Belinda has accumulated valuable experience in the not-for-profit sector with an interest in family law, child protection and family violence. She also undertook placements with the Monash University Faculty of Arts, and the Eleos Anti-Death Penalty Clinic through the Monash Law Clinics. Given her experience, she operates with sensitivity and warmth, and her primary focus is assisting families through the family law process in a manner that preserves their ability to work together and achieve outcomes in a way that supports their future.
